Day 16 - Pure Protein Cruise!

yesterdays weight: 74.2kg lbs

Todays Weight: 74kg lbs, little by litte

Breakfast: sliced topside, bresola 5 slices

Lunch: 1 tin tuna mixed with low fat salad cream and 1 light babybel grated on top

Dinner:  2 oatbran coated chicken escalopes with lots of spices and 1 tbsp low salt and sugar

Snacks: skinny frappe

Summary: tried on some clothes and they are feeling looser, done some measurements and I have lost a few inches :-) The most important thing in this really. lost almost 3 inches from my waist which for 2 weeks of not too hard work is a good result! Happy days!

  2. Thanks Vicki, for some reason or other my waist is always the first place i lose weight, but i'm happy with that atleast its coming off somewhere, its surely a good sign :-)
