Day 44 - PP

Yesterdays weight: 71.5 Kg

Todays Weight: 71.7 Kg

Breakfast: 1/12 of the flax bread with a little xl philly, marmite and slice of ham

Lunch: 1/12 flax bread with a little butter and marmite

Dinner: lamb with a small amount of smoked paprika butter and some halloumi

Snacks: coconut yogurt and light cocoa

Summary: did not leave the house today.. Hmmmm

  1. Flaxseed bread = NOM! :) I think you're onto a winner by only having half a slice each meal - I might start doing that too, cause by the time I'm on the second slice, I'm starting to feel pretty full.
