day 69 - PP

YW: 69.4KG

TW: 70.3KG

Breakfast: chocolate porridge

Lunch: sausages

Dinner: coronation chicken, slced chicken with boursin

Snacks:1 cup cake and 2 pcs chc and yogurt

Summary: Tomorrow will be a better day.. I am going to a friends for dinner tomorrow and the night after so I think I will gain weight.
