Summary: Tomorrow will be a better day.. I am going to a friends for dinner tomorrow and the night after so I think I will gain weight.
You're doing great!!! Keep on going! And congratulations on reaching the "normal weight" BMI! That's a MAJOR accomplishment!!!!!
