Day 57 - PP

Yesterdays weight: 71.5 kg

Todays weight: 71.5kg

Breakfast: porridge

Lunch: 2 small chicken fillets, peri peri from tesco..actually rank! and some german salami to take the bad taste away!

Dinner: 4 gluten free chipolatas with a fried egg and some low sugar ketchup and brown sauce

snack: coconut yogurt with light hot choc and 2/12 of flaxy bread with a small amount of duck pate tut tut!

  1. I get the feeling you are either stuck or bored ... but maintaining a weight without letting the whole efforts slip away!!! Come on, you can do it!! I did a big step back this weekend but i am motivated to reboot and keep going!! I send you lots of positive vibes!!! :o)

  2. Nail on the head there SlimC, a mixture of the two I would say. I guess I have come far and I dont want to go back to square one. Thank you for your encouragement, It really made me have a rethink today and I really want to make this fun again.
    I have had a read of your blog, sounds like you are getting the exercise in, and it does make you feel much better, I am a little annoyed at being under the weather and not getting to the gym, fingers well and truly crossed that the cold thats been going around the office for quite a while now will cease!
