todays weight: 70.3Kg
Breakfast: porridge.. my my it was dry!
Lunch: ham and egg salad, which consisted of 4 cherry toms, iceberg lettuce, 1 slice of ham cut in half and a boiled egg (m&s) and salad cream and then some diabetic chocolate
Dinner: asparagus soup and some chicken pesto thing with mozarella balls in it, coleslaw and a tomato
Snacks: pepperami
Summary: I forgot to write this last night, but I have to do it now..
