Just a quick one as im on my phone.
breakfast was a fruit smoothie and banana pancakes made with 2 eggs 1 banana and a tsp of rice flour.
lunch was tuna and homemade mayo on a spelt cracker.
snack . Some dal from yesterdays dinner
dinner was a veg stir fry with a little teriyaki sauce naughty but nice
snack . Fruit smoothie
