Day 72 - PP

yesterdays weight: 71.2Kg

todays weight: 70.8Kg

Breakfast: choco porridge

Lunch: 4 slices of ham with reduced fat egg sandwich filler

Dinner: 4 thin low carb sausages, spoonful goats cheese and I made my parents spiced cauliflower soup so i ended up having some, it was most delicious...Oops.

Snacks: bag of discos.. 18g of carbs

Summary: I am going out for dinner on saturday and I am deciding ahead what to have, curry... im thinking starter of smoked lamb kebabs and stir fried okra but I will ask for it all to be brought out together so I can have it as my main course.. :-)
