breakfast: Oatbran porridge, 2 tbsps oatbran 2 tsps light cocoa and a splash of red top milk
Lunch: 2 hot dogs
Dinner: chicken tikka pieces and a little cucumber and some spring onion to season
snacks: 1 biscuit.. ahhh I am so bad at resisting my own baking :-(
summary: Well I am going to have a look at some chinese menus and obsess a little before my date tomorrow.. maybe blackbean chicken??
