Yesterdays weight 78.8Kg
This mornings weight: No clue
Breakfast: coconut yogurt with a spoonful of light cocoa
Lunch: 2 sausages and 2 frankfurters. I am truly sausage mad 0_O
Dinner: venison with onion and some mozarella pearls
Snacks: a cup cake.. and a chip
Summary: but naughty but havent gone up in weight so not too bad. Got a second date tomorrow and were going for dinner. What to wear!! What to order !! and bowling after cant wait!
I was so scared when I saw the "78,8 kg", but I guess it was just a typing mistake, right? Because the next day everything seemed to have turned out fine. Sorry about the question, it's just that I was scared to think that this diet could make us gain 10 kg so fast!
