Yesterdays weight: anyones guess
Todays weight: 68.1Kg
breakfast: missed
Lunch: tomato soup
Dinner: went out for a meal and ended up having BBQ chicken melt (no bread) with a few chips and
salad - I was very suprised that after 3 chips that was enough for me. And okay so I had a desert, honey charlotte cake, was rather sickly but good.. I did however have a gym session in the afternoon and then went for bowling afterwards, and I only drank diet coke so no naughty wine calories.
snacks: a frankfurter
summary: Not bad.. we are having a chinese on tuesday so I shall have to have a think and choose wisely, any ideas on what isnt terrible from the chinese?? Thanks
