The above are my favorite fish dinners that I have had since starting eating healthily. The first picture is haddock and the second 2 are haddock and fish is such a great source of low to medium calorie protein.
As you can see I am eating chips but the other 2 meals are rice based and I am not going to get into the habit of denying myself something that I want to eat as I find this is where diets slip.
