Good feeds continued

My boyfriend made this gorgeous chocolate orange cheesecake.. how could I refuse?

Protein pancakes, I used part flour part soya protein (http://www.pulsin.co.uk/pulsin-protein-powders/soya-protein-isolate-1kg) powder along with an egg and they were lovely, then smothered in yogurt for more protein and chopped banana and agave nectar for a little something sweet. A really beautiful and surprisingly low cal and high protein brekkie!

My Birthday lunch :-) NOM!
