Day 1 - success!

The real day one

b: Peach 0% fat activia
l: sausage and onion omelette
d: mushroom soup.. Oops & chicken legs.
s: another yogurt & some dukan cookies, recipe to follow.. they are so soft and I could make baps with them. Ideas are forming!!!
