This meal was a good balance of tasty and healthy.
- A salmon fillet fried in a spray of olive oil.
- Boiled broccoli (a little over done!) and asparagus.
- 200g of airfried new jersey royal potatoes (0.5 tsp olive oil used)
- pickled cucumber to cut through the olive oil used in the dish and add a nice sharp flavour
Importantly this dinner was delicious and fairly low fat and low calorie (<500)
